Don’t Miss ChalkFest at Reston Town Center on Sept. 14!

You don’t have to be a professional artist to take part in ChalkFest at Reston Town Center—although you will probably come across a few of them. Creative people of all ages are invited to participate in this fun community event, which is coming up on Saturday, September 14th.

From 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Market Street is closed to cars so budding artists can show off their skills. Claim a piece of pavement as your canvas, then get to work. Pro artists, kids, and every level of artist in between will create masterpieces for the chance to win awards in various categories. Registration starts at $15 for novices and includes all the art supplies you need, so sign up online before you set out to join in the fun at ChalkFest.
